The Years I Lost Myself

For 20 years, I lived inside the roles the world handed me — wife, mother, homemaker. I gave myself fully to them, the way women are taught to. But somewhere beneath the daily rhythm of caring for others, something in me grew quiet, and then heavy. Life brought its share of challenges, and I found myself sinking lower than I had words for. I had always been a spiritual and religious person at heart, so naturally, it was there I turned — not for answers right away, but simply for somewhere to place the weight I was carrying.

Finding My Way Back

Slowly, guidance found me. And with it came a kind of clarity I hadn't expected: that healing would not come from understanding what others had done to me, but from understanding myself — from taking charge of my own becoming instead of staying tethered to blame. That shift changed everything.

I began studying, formally and informally — spirituality, life coaching, the quiet language the body speaks when the heart goes unheard. I started to see how years of unspoken pain had settled into me as thyroid imbalance, fatigue, low self-worth, friction in the relationships closest to me. Nothing was random. Everything was trying to tell me something.

Where I Found My Calling

In 2021, almost by accident, I took my first course in handwriting analysis. I sat with my own signature, my own script, and saw myself on the page in a way I never had before. It cracked open a door. What began as curiosity became devotion — I moved from beginner to the most advanced levels of the practice, and somewhere along the way, I realized I had found my calling.

From there, the learning never stopped. EFT, Ho'oponopono, the gentle, deliberate work of emotional healing — each practice became another layer of coming home to myself.

Then in 2024, I met my mentor and guru, and my spiritual journey truly began — not as study anymore, but as remembering.

Why I Teach

Through all of it, one thread has run quietly underneath: teaching. It has been part of me since childhood, long before I had language for any of this — even as a little girl, I would gather whoever I could and "teach" them something, anything. So it feels less like a new path and more like a return. In the last three years alone, that quiet calling has grown into something real: I've had the privilege of teaching and training over 200 students, walking beside them the way my own guides once walked beside me. Now, finally, I understand why every chapter of my own healing was preparing me for this — every lesson I needed first, I now have the joy of passing on.
